Andrea rejoined the Elite team in June, 2009. She has a broad background in Transportation which includes experience in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service. Her responsibilities include directing the Customer Service function including monitoring service levels, working customers on delivery issue resolution and implementing new customer accounts into Elites workflow sytem. Andrea's in known for her devotion to her Springer Spaniels...Mandi, Gus, Gerti and Gunther. |

| You can now find instructions on how to use Elite Online at our "Sales Info" link on the above right hand side of this web page. Our online services allow you to View & Print invoices, place orders (weeks in advance if desired), track orders while they are happening or track a P.O.D. (proof of delivery) from years ago. If you prefer, you can set up your deliveries to send an email confirmation (to up to 3 email addresses). of your delivery status (When pick up and/or delivery is made). The confirmation email will include the time and the name of the person who signed for your delivery. |
